Over the weekend, complete as many of the other optional tutorial sessions as you want to further extend your knowledge of more advanced topics like adding colors and backgrounds, using tables, working with frames and forms, using styles, and creating multi-column page layouts. Learn to create standard HTML 4.01 Web pages, to help ensure future compatibility and accessibility. Following your weekend, explore the appendixes for additional information and guidance on creating XHTML Web pages, using special characters and character sets, designing your own custom Web graphics, completing your wishlist (adding audio, video, animations, image maps, scripts, applets, and dynamic HTML), and using FTP to transfer your completed Web pages to your Web host's server on the Web.
